Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand our business portfolio.
- Client Acquisition: Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
- Solution Delivery: Understand client needs and deliver customized, effective insurance solutions that align with their business requirements.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in corporate sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the insurance broking industry.
- Direct Sales: If from an insurance company, a background in direct sales is a must.
- Track Record: A proven track record of success in new client acquisition.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Attributes: A target-driven, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
