
Corporate Sales Manager
Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Healthcare Sales Manager to lead our corporate health screening sales initiatives in the Mumbai region. This is a crucial, full-time, on-site role that requires a proven track record in healthcare sales, established corporate connections, and the ability to close high-value deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Corporate Business Development & Deal Closure:
- Strategic Networking: Leverage minimum 3+ years of experience and existing corporate connections to rapidly initiate and develop high-potential B2B sales leads within the Mumbai corporate sector.
- Deal Closure: Meet with relevant decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement) at target companies to successfully close comprehensive Health Screening deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial presentation to negotiation and final contract signing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Client Relationship Management
- Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Sales Meetings & Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales meetings, providing product expertise and tailoring presentations to the specific health and wellness needs of corporate clients.
- Account Management: Oversee the smooth onboarding and management of customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or contract renewal.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring all client needs and service expectations are met promptly and professionally.
Sales Leadership and Team Management:
- Team Training & Mentorship: Responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, corporate engagement, and negotiation strategies.
- Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and performance metrics related to corporate health screening volume and revenue.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Healthcare Sales with demonstrable experience closing B2B deals, specifically within the corporate sector.
- Corporate Connections: Established network and proven connections with Corporates in the Mumbai region is mandatory.
- Education: Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Management: Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including the ability to lead a sales team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing engagements and internal reporting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trust and lasting professional relationships quickly.
Desirable Attributes:
- Industry Knowledge: Specific knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly related to wellness programs, preventative care, and health screening services, is a significant plus.
- Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior sales team members to improve overall team performance.
