Role Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the corporate car rental segment by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships. The role involves strategic market analysis, solution-based selling, proposal development, negotiations, and revenue generation, ensuring seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
Market Intelligence & Business Growth:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities within the corporate mobility domain.
- Recommend strategic approaches for positioning, pricing, and market penetration.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, corporate events, and online research.
- Drive proactive outreach and schedule high-quality business meetings with decision-makers.
- Present tailored mobility solutions to prospective clients to drive conversions.
Sales Presentations, Negotiations & Closure:
- Prepare persuasive proposals, pricing models, and business presentations.
- Lead commercial negotiations, finalize deals, and manage contract closures.
- Collaborate with Sales Support and Legal teams for smooth agreement execution.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with large corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements, pain points, and custom mobility needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and regular engagement.
Sales Planning, Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate updates and forecasting.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and CRM updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with Operations for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Work with Finance teams for pricing, invoicing, and contract compliance.
- Align internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class mobility service delivery.
Performance Ownership & Accountability:
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to account handover.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, process adherence, and achievement of sales targets.
- Continuously track KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Business Development, preferably in car rental, mobility, logistics, or transportation services.
- Expertise in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity management.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and proven experience in closing high-value deals.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, revenue drivers, and P&L impact.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Service Delivery teams.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and customer-first approach.
