- Identify, qualify, and acquire potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and lead generation.
- Develop and deliver customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of corporate salary products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, and Finance decision-makers to drive engagement and ensure client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate corporate salary solutions to enhance the overall value proposition.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of corporate salary accounts, ensuring timely activation and smooth processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries, service issues, or escalations promptly.
