Corporate Sales Executive / Manager - ESG & Sustainability Certification

Position Overview

- The Corporate Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for Ecopurus' ESG certification and sustainability solutions.


- The role involves consultative engagement with corporate sustainability teams, understanding their ESG challenges, and positioning Ecopurus' certification and verification solutions as strategic enablers.


- This is a high-impact role suited for professionals passionate about sustainability, ESG compliance, and green market transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire corporate clients across sectors for ESG certification, verification, and Scope 2 reduction solutions.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

- Engage with CXOs, sustainability heads, CSR teams, procurement leaders, and compliance officers to understand sustainability goals and tailor Ecopurus' solutions accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal technical and certification teams to deliver high-quality proposals and client deliverables.

- Develop a pipeline of strategic accounts, ensuring consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in enterprise client acquisition.

- Track and analyze market trends, sustainability policies, and SEBI/BRSR guidelines to align Ecopurus' offerings.

- Represent Ecopurus at industry forums, conferences, and ESG events to strengthen visibility and partnerships.

- Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Environment, Sustainability, or related disciplines.

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in ESG services, sustainability consulting, renewable energy, or certification sectors.

- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting (BRSR, GHG Protocol, SEBI ESG mandates), or renewable energy mechanisms (RECs, I-RECs).

- Proven ability in consultative sales and managing mid- to large-scale corporate relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about sustainability and corporate climate action.

Key Performance Indicators

- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Growth in enterprise client base and recurring certification mandates.

- Strengthening Ecopurus' market presence among top corporates in India.
