Role Overview:
The individual will be responsible for onboarding and activating corporates for transactions, maintaining strong relationships to maximize business opportunities, and driving throughput (factoring of bills) across their portfolio. The role involves managing P&L, ensuring profitability, and achieving sales and revenue targets within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and engage corporates to drive transaction volumes and revenue growth.
- Manage portfolio profitability and optimize relationship-level charges.
- Expand partner/distribution networks and tap new segments or territories.
- Plan, forecast, and report business performance metrics regularly.
