Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients involved in international trade, Structure trade - including exporters, importers, financial institutions, and trade intermediaries. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client relationship.

Provide Global Digital Supply Chain Finance Solutions:

- Work closely with clients to understand their trade finance needs and provide customized solutions such as letters of credit, trade receivables financing, factoring, supply chain finance, and export financing.

Client Onboarding and Support:

- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Provide ongoing support and ensure seamless execution of trade finance transactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Risk, Operations, and Compliance) to ensure the successful delivery of trade finance products and services. Collaborate to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure that client expectations are consistently met.

Market and Product Expertise:

- Stay updated on international trade finance products, industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions. Offer insights to clients and internal stakeholders on new product offerings and best practices.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Actively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and support the sales team in acquiring new clients. Work towards achieving revenue targets and driving business growth in the international trade finance sector.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant trade finance regulations, including IFSCA, FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act), ICC rules, and internal risk management policies. Monitor and address any potential risks associated with trade transactions.

Client Education and Training:

- Educate clients on the various trade finance products and services available, helping them make informed decisions. Organize training sessions or workshops to enhance client understanding of international trade finance processes.
