About the Role Were looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Relations professional to join upGrads high-impact Placement team. This role is pivotal in ensuring employment outcomes for our learners by building deep relationships with corporate hiring partners across industries. Youll be based out of our Pune centre and work closely with internal academic, learner success, and sales teams to drive placements across programs. Key Responsibilities Placement Delivery: - Own end-to-end learner placement outcomes across cohorts from internship opportunities to final job offers. Industry Partnerships: - Build and nurture strong corporate relationships with HR and business leaders to drive hiring pipelines across roles and domains. Account Management: - Engage with existing partner accounts to understand their hiring needs and convert them into repeat placement opportunities. Hiring Drives & Events: - Organize placement drives, career fairs, and exclusive hiring events across industries. Learner Readiness: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners are job-ready and aligned with market expectations. Performance Metrics: - Track placement KPIs such as offer-to-application ratio, time-to-offer, and employer satisfaction scores. What Were Looking For - 4-8 years of experience in corporate relations, campus placements, talent acquisition, or B2B sales. - Strong corporate network and understanding of hiring trends across domains. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Prior experience in EdTech, recruitment firms, or higher education institutions is preferred. - Passion for learner success and outcome-driven execution mindset.
