Scope of Role:
Key metrics -
- Placements of the PG students across programs (MGB, GMBA, MAIB etc).
- Improving average salaries every year by 10%; Increasing new clients by 20% ever year
- Strong client relationships across India especially West/South India
- Tie-ups with top corporates for Placements and Academia-Industry engagements
Job Purpose (roles & responsibilities):
- Initiate campus placements of all students from the post graduate programs currently operational and across industries and sectors.
- Develop a strong database of relationship with Recruitments Heads/Talent Acquisition Heads/ Business HR of at least 500 top companies for placement of students graduating out of all PG Courses.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics of the placement process from bringing in the companies on board for placements (on campus / off campus), interact with key stakeholders on campus, facilitating the interview process (on and off campus), informing the student placement committee members.
- Initiate deeper engagement with the corporates by inviting them for guest lectures, workshops, organizing conclaves at the campus.
- Achieve a minimum placement target for students enrolled across different programs.
- Keeping the reporting manager up to date on placement metrics.
- A strategic Corporate Relations Manager with C suite connects - strong relationships with organizations
- Consultative selling to corporates - Engaging them on not just placements but keeping them abreast on other programs at the school, understanding their training and development needs for Executive Education.
- Partner with Student Recruitment team during orientation sessions, as needed & Students/ Parents counselling on placement expectations and career path.
- Design and execute Industry Engagements and touchpoints like HR conclaves, guest lectures and events.
- Formulation of sales strategy for placements.
