Role Overview:

As the Corporate Manager - Accounts and Finance, you will be a pivotal member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including operations, sales, and legal, as well as external auditors and regulatory bodies. Your expertise will directly impact the company's financial health, investor confidence, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of relevant experience in a listed company.

- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and other applicable accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee the general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes, to maintain the integrity of financial data.

- Coordinate and manage the statutory audit process, including liaising with external auditors, preparing audit schedules, and addressing audit queries, to ensure a smooth and efficient audit completion.

- Develop and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting, identifying and mitigating potential risks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations to avoid penalties and maintain a positive relationship with tax authorities.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support informed decision-making by senior management.

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets that align with the company's strategic goals.

- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company's financial reporting practices are up-to-date and compliant with the latest requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and other applicable accounting standards.

- Proven expertise in managing general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

- Strong understanding of internal controls over financial reporting and experience in identifying and mitigating potential risks.

- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful commentary.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
