Corporate IT Lead SAP PP/QM/PM (Implementation)
Experience: 15-17 years SAP experience (PP/QM/PM focus); proven leadership in S/4HANA projects
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT; SAP S/4HANA (PP/QM) Certification preferred

Required Skills:
- Strong SAP PP (MRP, recipes, routings, capacity planning)
- SAP QM (inspection lots, results recording, notifications, compliance reporting)
- SAP PM (integration with plant maintenance systems)
- Hands-on experience with PP-PI (recipe mgmt, batch mgmt, PI sheets)
- Proven success in S/4HANA Greenfield & Rollout projects
- Integration with MES, IBP, Ariba, and third-party SCM systems
- Strong governance for GxP compliance, data integrity, and regulatory readiness
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PP/QM/PM implementations during S/4HANA programs
- Design & configure end-to-end Production Planning processes
- Drive Quality Management implementations with compliance reporting
- Ensure seamless PP integration with MES & third-party apps
- Configure & optimize PP-PI solutions (recipes, batches, PI sheets)
- Conduct workshops, blueprinting, requirement finalization with process owners
- Manage rollouts, enhancements, and global template adoption across plants
- Prepare functional specs, manage RICEFW objects, coordinate with ABAP/Integration teams
- Oversee SIT, validation testing, cutover activities, and user training
- Provide leadership, governance, and post-Go-Live support
- Mentor team members, drive continuous process improvement
