Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate IT Lead to spearhead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules within our S/4HANA environment. In this strategic leadership role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex manufacturing business requirements and robust technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional department heads, plant managers, and global stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance production efficiency, quality assurance, and asset maintenance. By leading high-impact implementation projects, you will directly influence our operational excellence, ensuring that our SAP ecosystem scales effectively to support long-term business growth and data-driven decision-making across our Ahmedabad facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects for PP, QM, and PM modules to ensure seamless integration with existing manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

- Architect scalable system solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that production planning and maintenance schedules are optimized for maximum throughput.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines by providing clear technical roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership.

- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP modules to address specific operational pain points, thereby improving data accuracy and process automation.

- Mentor internal IT teams and super-users to foster a culture of technical proficiency and self-sufficiency in managing SAP-driven business processes.

- Evaluate and implement best-in-class SAP practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing units.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP PP, PM, and QM modules, with a proven track record of successful S/4HANA implementations in large-scale manufacturing environments.

- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise.

- Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to translate intricate business challenges into efficient, high-performance technical configurations.

- Maintain a high degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to lead on-site teams effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management, complemented by 15 to 17 years of progressive experience in SAP implementation and IT leadership.
