About the Role: Were hiring a dynamic Techno-Commercial Manager to bridge the gap between technology and business. This role blends technical know-how with commercial strategy to deliver impactful software solutions, support sales, and drive client success.


Education: B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science or MBA


Experience:


- 7-10 years in software solutions, IT sales, or procurement


Skills:


- Strong technical & commercial acumen

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in vendor and contract management


Key Responsibilities:


- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, RFPs/RFQs

- Support pre-sales and negotiations with technical inputs

- Coordinate across sales, delivery, and support teams

- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings

- Manage budgets, pricing, and cost optimization
