Corporate HR Professional - Financial Services - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We are looking for a high-potential HR professional to join the Corporate HR function of a large, established financial services organisation with a significant pan-India presence.

The role will work across performance management, manpower planning, HR policies, analytics and HR operations, while partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective people processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and support the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and related processes.

- Support manpower planning, workforce budgeting and headcount analysis in line with business requirements.

- Work on HR analytics and MIS, using people data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

- Support the development, implementation and review of HR policies and processes.

- Partner with HR and business teams on HR operations and process improvement initiatives.

- Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for senior HR stakeholders.

- Support organisation-wide HR projects focused on workforce effectiveness, productivity and employee experience.

- Ensure effective implementation and governance of HR processes across the organisation.

Candidate Profile:

- 1 - 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Corporate HR, HRBP or HR Operations.

- Prior experience in the Microfinance, NBFC or broader financial services industry is strongly preferred.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier 1 institute.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work with HR data.

- Good understanding of Performance Management, manpower planning, HR policies and HR operations.

- Strong Excel, presentation and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
