Job Description - Corporate HR Manager (CEO's Office)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate HR Manager to support the CHRO and CEO's Office on key strategic HR initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who can blend strong HR fundamentals with business-oriented thinking, data analytics, and execution discipline. The position will work directly with Business Heads to drive HR excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Business Alignment
- Support the CHRO in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's business plan.
- Ensure all HR initiatives (talent, culture, capability building, performance processes) are aligned with organizational goals.
- Work directly with Business Heads on key HR projects and strategic initiatives.
2. Senior-Level Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Drive leadership hiring and senior-level recruitment across functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines and coordinate assessments, interviews, and internal evaluation processes.
- Liaise with search firms and internal stakeholders for critical hiring needs.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Implement and manage PMS cycles-goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and development planning.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance evaluation across units.
- Support change management and capability-building for PMS adoption.
4. Learning, Training & Capability Development
- Identify organizational skill gaps and propose relevant training interventions.
- Coordinate leadership programs, technical workshops, functional training, and external certifications.
- Support long-term succession planning and talent development frameworks.
5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics
- Support CHRO in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and benefits designing.
- Run periodic C&B analytics to support data-backed recommendations.
- Prepare HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and insights for senior management.
6. HR Policies, Governance & Compliance
- Draft, review, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with industry and legal standards.
- Ensure adherence to compliance across factories and corporate office.
7. HR Operations & HRIS Management
- Manage HRIS, maintain accurate employee records, and generate MIS reports.
- Streamline HR processes for efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience improvement.
8. Execution Excellence & Information Flow
- Ensure timely execution of HR initiatives and operational tasks, enabling the CHRO to focus on strategic work.
- Provide regular insights on workforce metrics such as attrition, engagement, productivity, and compliance.
- Track progress of HR projects and maintain structured communication between CHRO, CEO's Office, and business units.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR strategy and business alignment
- Experience with PMS, talent management, and recruitment
- Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency with HR dashboards / HRIS
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution discipline
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high levels of integrity
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
- 5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented companies
- Experience supporting CXO-level stakeholders is preferred
- Exposure to fast-paced, multi-unit environments is an advantage
