Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Manager, HR Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the commercial business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving initiatives that enhance overall employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and providing HR guidance to support the achievement of organizational goals.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR task assigned, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent management and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders & units to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a positive work culture, employee retention, and professional development.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough analyses of HR metrics to identify trends, address issues, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and participate in talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or and HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and influence change in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in managing and leading HR projects and initiatives.
