We are looking for a Corporate Head HR for a leading Mnufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement best in class talent acquisition practices to ensure adequate talent pipeline in the Group. - Lead the manpower planning exercise to ensure the org is always ahead of the curve in manpower acquisition for current operations as well as growth - Career and Succession Planning systems for senior leaders in the organization. - Organization Design and Productivity studies across various businesses - Conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate organizational effectiveness - Strengthening career and succession planning systems and processes - Ensuring integration of the above processes with the capability building plans - Lead the campus recruitment program to bring best in class talent from campuses - Lead the Onboarding and Induction function and ensure hired talent has a great experience in first 6 months through a structured connect program. - Implement and evangelise use of technology for superior stakeholder management - Lead and develop talent within Talent Acquisition function - Build relationship and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - TA Audit of Business TA Operations to ensure accepted metrics are met - Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) in an ATS (applicant tracking system) environment.- Person Specification : - MBA/ PGDM in HR from an institute of repute with 8 - 12 yrs of experience - Min. 5 yrs. in-depth exposure in Talent Acquisition function at Corporate level in manufacturing or ancillary industry. Product or consumer industry also welcome - Should have implementation experience of a leading ATS (applicant tracking system) - Should have prior experience of managing campus placement - Should have handled a team of min 3 resources at corporate level and multiple business units.
