Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Senior B2B Sales professional to build and manage partnerships with schools and universities. The role focuses on institutional outreach, pitching Corporate Gurukul's offerings, and generating high-quality student leads through academic collaborations. This position plays a critical role in expanding our partner network and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the counselling team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, connect, and build relationships with schools, colleges, and universities

- Engage with principals, management, and counselling departments to introduce Corporate Gurukul's offerings

- Pitch and position the organisation's career guidance programmes as value-added solutions for institutions

- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new institutional partners

- Drive lead generation initiatives through seminars, workshops, webinars, and on-campus activities

- Coordinate with partner institutions to facilitate student engagement and data collection

- Ensure seamless transfer of qualified leads to the internal counselling team

- Maintain and track partnership pipelines, meetings, and conversions through CRM systems

- Manage long-term relationships with institutional partners to ensure repeat engagement and sustained lead flow

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, counselling, operations) to optimise outreach strategies

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and institutional needs to refine sales approaches

- Prepare regular reports on partnerships, lead generation performance, and pipeline status

Work Details:

- Role: Senior Manager - B2B Partnerships

- Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office + Saturday Work from Home

- Location: M.G. Road, Gurugram

- Travel: Frequent travel required for institutional meetings and events

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong B2B sales and institutional partnership experience

- Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills

- Ability to engage senior stakeholders (principals, directors, administrators)

- Proven track record of generating leads through partnerships or alliances

- Strong relationship management and networking abilities

- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach

- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management

- High ownership and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

Education & Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred)

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or institutional sales

- Experience in education, ed-tech, or academic partnerships is highly preferred
