Corporate Financial Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Reporting

- Drive Monthly MIS preparation and presentation for management review.

- Ensure daily/weekly financial reporting through the team - covering revenue, costs, and cash flow updates.

- Monitor adherence to budgets, flag variances proactively, and work with business teams on corrective measures.

- Support the VP - Finance in preparing board decks, financial summaries, and performance commentary.

2. Business Analytics & Planning

- Lead business analytics to evaluate performance metrics, identify growth levers, and highlight improvement areas.

- Build and update business plans and financial models for existing and new initiatives.

- Partner with business heads to assess ROI, payback, and feasibility of new projects.

3. Investor Relations

- Support in managing investor communications, data requests, and presentations.

- Track key metrics and ensure timely dissemination of performance insights to investors and stakeholders.

4. Projects & New Initiatives

- Support new store openings - overseeing financial setup including EDC machines, cash pickup, insurance, and compliance.

- Partner with cross-functional teams on new projects to ensure financial viability and compliance readiness.

- Ensure smooth execution of finance-related aspects for all expansion and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance or equivalent.

- 3-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance roles.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, business analytics, and investor relations.

- Proficiency in Excel, SAP and financial modeling.

- Experience in multi-store / retail / consumer business preferred
