Corporate Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Oversee the financial health and strategic direction of the company. Responsible for financial planning, analysis, risk management, and ensuring the company's financial stability and profitability. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Also play a crucial role in mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluations, and capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts

- Creating and maintaining financial models to project future performance and guide strategic decisions.

- Analysing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Leading the budgeting process and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

- Creating and presenting regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to improve financial results.

- Working with other departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

- Monitor financial risks: Identifying and assessing potential financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.

- Overseeing cash flow management, liquidity, and other treasury functions.

- Analysing potential investment opportunities and managing capital expenditures.

- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures.

- Providing data-driven insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Managing relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 3-5 Years of Experience in Corporate Finance in a Manufacturing Industry with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis software.

3. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing processes.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
