Job Opening: Corporate Finance & Treasury (CFT) - Delhi NCR

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Corporate Finance & Treasury (CFT) team of one of our global clients in the Engineering & Infrastructure sector, based in India.

The role will involve managing complex treasury operations, banking relationships, and inter-company transfers across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple banking relationships across entities.

- Oversee bank account openings/closures and related compliance.

- Handle inter-company fund transfers across subsidiaries efficiently.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in fund documentation and treasury processes.

- Collaborate closely with the VP - Corporate Finance (UAE) on cross-border treasury requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 6-14 years of experience in Corporate Finance / Treasury within large organizations or relevant industries.

- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking processes, and documentation.

- Qualification: CA/ACCA is mandatory

- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
