Background:  Education: MBA or CA  - 8 to 12 years total work experience  - Self-starter, Result oriented, can handle ambiguity and multitasking, ability to adapt to multicultural environments.  - Good analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills  - Develop and prepare short and long term growth strategies.  - Involve in the overall M&A process, from deal origination to deal execution including due diligence and evaluation of project proposals, financial modeling and valuations.  - Responsible for Corporate Strategy & affiliated projects, M&A and Strategic Alliances, Business planning.  - Collaborate with counterparts at global headquarters to align with worldwide growth strategies, support in identifying new growth areas for existing businesses, strategy formulation and execution.  - Analyze strategic moves of competitors and recommend measures to maintain/increase market presence through the competitive intelligence gained.  - Industry scanning and target profiling.  - Person should come from corporate setup with an experience in Corporate Strategy and M&A.  - This is individual contributor role and high visibility.
