Job Description: Corporate Development and Investor Relations - CEO's Office

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraise & Corporate Development

- Build and maintain financial models across scenarios (equity, debt, strategic initiatives)

- Prepare investor-facing materials, including presentations, data packs

- Support the full fundraising lifecycle - shortlisting investors, preparing materials, coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and managing investor Q&A

2. Investor Diligence & Board Reporting

- Coordinate and manage investor due diligence flows (data collation, Q&A)

- Prepare recurring investor updates, board-level MIS

3. Strategic Finance & Analysis

- Benchmark Rupeeks performance against competitors and adjacent financial services players

Qualification:

- Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in engineering, finance, economics, commerce, or related fields (CFA Level 1 or equivalent certifications are a plus, but not required)

- Experience:

3-6 years of experience in one of the following areas:

- Equity Research (buy-side or sell-side)

- Investment Banking / Deal Advisory

- Investor Relations roles at growth-stage startups

Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, business analysis, and investor-facing communication

- Skills & Attributes:

Strong proficiency in financial modelling concepts and Excel

Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and unit economics

Comfort with large data sets; experience with SQL or analytics tools is an advantage

Strong aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and domains
