Corporate Development Analyst | 2-3 yrs | Equity Research/M&A/Financial Modelling/Investment Banking


- Join our dynamic Corporate Development team as an Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of M&A transactions, conducting in-depth industry research, and building sophisticated financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities.


- You will collaborate closely with senior management, business unit leaders, and external advisors, providing critical analysis and insights that directly influence key business decisions and drive value creation for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive industry and company research to identify potential M&A targets and investment opportunities, providing critical insights to senior management.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transaction opportunities, supporting informed decision-making regarding valuation and deal structuring.

- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient deal processes.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors, communicating key findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing proactive insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and interpret complex financial models, including valuation, discounted cash flow, and merger consequence analysis.

- Proven experience in conducting thorough industry and company research, with a strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators.

- Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related field.
