
Job Description:
We are looking for Corporate Credit Analysts with a strong foundation in Corporate Banking and Credit Risk who also have exposure to AI/ML applications in credit assessment.
This is not a hands-on AI engineering role.
Instead, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology, helping translate corporate credit requirements into AI-driven solutions that improve credit decision-making and risk management.
If you have experience in corporate credit analysis and understand how AI and Machine Learning can enhance credit evaluation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure AI solutions align with corporate credit processes, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Translate corporate credit use cases into clear functional, business, and data requirements for technical teams.
- Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs to support successful AI solution delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Credit, Finance, and Business teams to validate AI use cases, outputs, and business impact.
- Support AI model adoption through user acceptance testing (UAT), process integration, and change management.
- Ensure AI initiatives comply with regulatory expectations, including ICAAP, model governance, and internal risk frameworks.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities to improve corporate credit assessment using AI and analytics.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend continuous process improvements.

Candidate Attributes:
- Strong understanding of Corporate Credit processes, underwriting, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI use cases within banking or financial services.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured, data-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ICAAP, model governance, and risk management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
