UpMan Placements is hiring an experienced Corporate Business Development Manager for an esteemed client in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Location: Kinshasa & Lubumbashi, DRC

Position: Corporate Business Development Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Domain Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICT / IT / Technology Sales

Age Criteria: Maximum 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new corporate and institutional business opportunities.

- Build relationships with NGOs, government offices, banks and large organizations.

- Conduct market visits and identify potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and participate in BOQ discussions.

- Coordinate product configurations and prepare commercial proposals.

- Develop business opportunities with mining-sector clients.

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT / IT / Technology products or solutions.

- Strong experience in B2B, corporate or institutional sales.

- Exposure to BOQ preparation, client negotiations and commercial proposals.

- Experience handling large accounts and developing new business.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Must be comfortable with international relocation.

Location & Relocation:

Candidates will initially be based in Kinshasa for training and onboarding, with possible relocation to Lubumbashi based on business requirements.
