Graduation: M.com /MBA/ /CS.

Experience: 3+ Years (AM Grade)

Financial market knowledge with thorough understanding of all financial asset classes specifically Equity.

Extensive working knowledge of the Corporate Actions like IPO, Preferential Allotment, Bonus, Subdivision, Consolidation, Schemes of amalgamation, merger, demerger etc.

Extensive product knowledge in the area of Equity including understanding of instrument characteristics their instrument lifecycle.

Ability to understand various regulatory requirements and fulfill the same on timely manner.

Prior experience in handling Equity corporate actions will be preferable.
