Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and Execute TA Strategy: Formulate and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and annual hiring plans aligned with the companys short-term and long-term business goals for the Noida operations and beyond.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear performance metrics (KPIs) like Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Sourcing Channel Effectiveness.
- Conduct regular training and coaching.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and build proactive talent pipelines across various functions (e.g., Technology, Sales, Corporate).
- Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget effectively, optimizing spend across job boards, agencies, technology, and branding initiatives.
Recruitment and Operations
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior-level positions, from job brief development and sourcing to offer negotiation and smooth onboarding handoff.
- Sourcing Excellence: Drive innovative, direct sourcing strategies leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, specialized job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to Hiring Managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview best practices, and talent assessment methodologies.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a best-in-class, consistent, and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
Branding and Technology
- Employer Branding: Lead and contribute to employer branding initiatives in the Noida/Delhi NCR region to position [Company Name] as an employer of choice. This includes managing careers pages, social media presence, and participating in key industry events/career fairs.
- Data and Analytics: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and recruitment metrics to generate insightful reports, analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-backed improvements to the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure all talent acquisition processes and documentation strictly adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and best practices for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- MBA/PGDM (Full-time) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role leading a team of recruiters.
- Proven experience hiring within the Noida/Delhi NCR market is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the local talent landscape.
