Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Senior Professional, Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.

This role requires a blend of advanced data analysis skills, business acumen, and an ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives, developing sophisticated reports and dashboards, and providing actionable intelligence that influences business strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of business intelligence solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and report design.

- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using a variety of BI tools to provide real-time insights to the organization.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, BI tools, and analytical methodologies.

- Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making across the company.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging compelling narratives and visualizations to support strategic recommendations.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI platforms and reports.

- Stay current with industry trends, new BI technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related master's degree from an accredited institution.

- 6-8 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with increasing levels of responsibility.

- Extensive experience with at least one major BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.).

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Demonstrated experience in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning.

- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R.

- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

- Experience in the [relevant industry, e.g., Finance, Technology, Healthcare].

- Certification in a relevant BI tool (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional).
