Company: Market leading internet company with both B2B and Enterprise business in fintech and allied areas. Getting into B2C. Grown both organically and through acquisitions. Looking for a pedigreed COO/Business Head to drive operations.

Position Description:

- Revenue Growth & P&L ownership. Partner with CFO and department leadership, to define growth strategies and execute revenue plans. Drive top-line growth while maintaining sustainable margins. Scale recurring revenues through customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and retention strategies. Drive go-to-market execution, pricing optimization, and partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management frameworks. Leverage data insights to optimize monetization models.Implement dashboards and KPI systems that drive accountability and decision-making at all levels. Leverage predictive analytics to improve customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and forecast revenues.

- Build scalable systems and processes that support hyper-growth across business lines.Align cross-functional teams around customer success and revenue outcomes.Lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on analytics, execution, and innovation.Build a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement. Attract and retain talent with expertise in data science, growth, and operational scaling.

Hiring Profile:

Top tier computer engineer and MBA from premier institutes in India or overseas only. 15-22 years of leadership experience in Fintech, SaaS, or analytics-driven tech environments. Deep understanding of fintech compliance, risk frameworks, and enterprise SaaS delivery.

- Strong background in analytics, data-driven growth strategies, and financial management. Expertise in customer lifecycle management, SaaS revenue models, and digital monetisation. Proven track record of scaling multi-vertical businesses with full P&L ownership.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
