We are looking for a dynamic and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the Delivery Center operations in India. This pivotal role involves spearheading various functions, including recruitment and cultivation of talented resources to bolster projects. Additionally, he/she will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI and Digital products and solutions to complement the business portfolio. 1. Will be tasked with assembling and leading a proficient delivery team, as well as product management and digital design teams, to ensure operational efficiency and foster continuous team growth. 2. Responsibilities encompass crafting product vision and strategy, collaborating with income and impact portfolios, and steering digital initiatives. 3. Will oversee all aspects of delivery services activities, facilitate the professional development of engineering staff, drive operational efficiency, optimize revenue generation, provide exemplary client support, enhance the organization and reputation, and contribute to overall growth objectives. 4. Develop and articulate the overarching vision and strategy for delivery and product development. 5. Formulate resource planning, budgeting, and HR/business policies tailored to the needs and goals of the business unit. 6. Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that products deliver exceptional user experiences and integrating leading design thinking and behavioral science methodologies. 7. Establish key performance indicators and metrics to gauge the success of products and initiatives, embedding a culture of measurement throughout the delivery process. 8. Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. 9. Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, adeptly communicating product plans, progress, and outcomes. Education and Credentials: 1. Bachelor & degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Certification in coding and software languages. 3. Extensive knowledge of product development principles. 4. Over a decade of experience with cutting-edge enterprise technologies such as AWS/Google Cloud, Linux/Unix, JavaScript, AI, etc. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business purposes. 6. Possession of an innovative mindset, capable of generating solution-oriented approaches for success.
