Job Summary:

The HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

This role includes managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and has a proven track record in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy & Planning Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Recruitment & Talent Management Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure resolution.

- Performance Management & Development Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure fair evaluation processes.

- HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Culture & Organizational Development Promote organizational values, culture, and employee well-being initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5-7 years of HR experience with at least 23 years in managerial capacity.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in HRIS, recruitment platforms, and performance management systems.

Preferred:

- MBA in HR or equivalent advanced degree.
