About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen long-term client partnerships. This role requires a commercially astute leader with a proven background in channel development, enterprise sales, and end-to-end business development operations. The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, driving execution, and ensuring sustainable financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Expansion:

- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sales strategies, GTM plans, and quarterly business roadmaps to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Identify high-potential markets, clients, and partnership opportunities to drive inorganic and organic growth.

- Manage full sales cycles from lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.

Client & Channel Management:

- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across existing accounts to maximize account value.

- Build and expand a robust channel partner ecosystem, including onboarding, enablement, and performance management.

- Conduct high-impact business meetings, product pitches, demonstrations, and strategic negotiations with prospective and existing clients.

- Ensure seamless account transitions, post-sales coordination, and long-term customer success.

Business Operations & Reporting:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.

- Oversee structured reporting mechanisms including weekly sales updates, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business planning.

- Track and analyse sales metrics, budgets, and ROI to optimize financial performance.

- Collaborate closely with OEMs and internal teams for product alignments, new solution introductions, and strategic initiatives.

Marketing & Proposition Development:

- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement collaterals.

- Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and value-based offerings tailored to customer needs.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to strengthen product positioning and business strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Background:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related discipline.

- 4-9 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or enterprise sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
