Job Description:

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager.

- The goal is to drive- sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and develop new accounts.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Conduct client presentations and negotiations.

- Provide quotes on major projects and manage account transitions.

- Devising sales plans and strategies that will enable revenue growth and improved performance.

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Managing existing channel partners and creating new channel partners.

- Developing the marketing strategy and plan.

- Make Quarterly Business Plans , strategize and achieve revenue targets.

- Manage aspects of coordinated reporting, weekly status reports, monthly budget tracking, and ROI of each aspect.

- Interface with OEM to liaison for new products/services and help the company exceed annual business expectations thus leading to enhancement in revenue.

Requirements and skills:

- Proven working- experience as a business development manager.

- Graduate/Post graduate in Business administration.

- Working knowledge of MS Office tools with a flair to build up marketing collaterals, presentation and Excel documents.

- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

- Presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings with the top management in channels is also required.

- Strong leadership skills required: ability to make spot decisions in case of criticality, reach consensus, identify and handle business and teaming issues including escalating issues to management with solution as and when necessary.

- 4-9 years relevant industry experience in building up the business development activities from the channels/partners including needs assessment, GTM plan development, business case creation and scope definition.

- Proven ability to influence peers and executive management.

- Proven sales track record.

- Dedicated & high level of self-motivation.

- Communication and negotiation- skills.

- Time management and planning skills.
