Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Video and Multimedia product cluster, aligned with business and market objectives.
- Own the global product roadmap - from innovation planning to lifecycle management - across regions, with a strong emphasis on customer-specific applications in Asia.
2. Business Development & Customer Strategy
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives, define go-to-market strategies, and ensure a compelling value proposition across channels.
- Foster deep, consultative relationships with key OEMs and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and technological roadmaps.
3. Project & Program Management
- Oversee complex, multi-regional customer projects from ideation through execution, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sales, and operations teams to drive synchronized execution.
4. Commercial & Financial Ownership
- Take full P&L responsibility for the cluster - managing revenue growth, pricing strategies, margin optimization, and cost controls.
- Provide regular financial forecasts, performance tracking, and risk management insights to senior leadership.
5. Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team across sales, marketing, and product functions.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in sales, product management, or strategic marketing, ideally in automotive electronics, infotainment, or multimedia systems.
- Demonstrated experience in Asia-Pacific markets, with a deep understanding of cultural and business dynamics.
- Solid R&D and technical acumen to drive collaboration with engineering and innovation teams.
- Proven success in leading global product portfolios, customer negotiations, and multimillion-dollar commercial engagements.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional Asian or European language proficiency is an advantage.
