Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Strategy Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai.
- This is a crucial new role responsible for building our brand's voice and messaging from the ground up.
- The ideal candidate will establish a clear framework, build scalable content systems, and drive cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels to ensure a seamless brand experience, ultimately driving both brand affinity and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Content Strategy Ownership: Build, own, and lead the brand's entire content strategy from its foundational stages, defining clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Copywriting & Messaging Leadership: Lead all copywriting and messaging efforts across every customer touchpoint (e.g., website, ads, emails, social media) to effectively drive brand love and increase customer conversions.
- Cross-Channel Alignment: Drive and enforce cross-channel content alignment and execution across all platforms to ensure complete cohesion and consistency in the brand's messaging and voice.
- Scalable System Development: Architect and build scalable content systems and frameworks that allow the company to efficiently drive storytelling and maintain quality as the brand grows.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in content strategy and marketing.
Brand Voice Expertise: Proven ability to successfully establish, document, and implement a distinct brand voice and tone across an organization.
Strategic Skills: Direct experience in building scalable content systems and executing storytelling initiatives across various digital channels.
Communication: Strong copywriting skills and excellent overall communication abilities.
Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously while also collaborating productively as part of a cross-functional team
