
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the content and creative strategy across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), and digital campaigns
- Lead, and manage a team of 6 content & creative professionals
- Conceptualize and drive high-impact brand and performance campaigns
- Ensure all creatives (copies, visuals, videos) are on-brand, consumer-first, and conversion-focused
- Review, approve, and optimize all content that goes live across D2C & marketplace platforms
- Work closely with performance marketing, brand, growth, and design teams
- Conduct campaign analysis, content audits, and performance reviews to improve ROI
- Translate consumer insights and data into actionable creative strategies
- Stay updated with content trends, formats, platform best practices, and competitor activity
