Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and impactful content for marketing campaigns, websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and event promotions
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Hack2skills goals, tone, and brand voice
- Ideate and write persuasive campaign content designed to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to create integrated content experiences
- Conduct in-depth research on IT industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to ensure originality and relevance
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement using the latest tools and techniques
- Draft targeted content for innovation programs, hackathons, webinars, tech events, and developer community initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience, specifically in the IT/technology domain
- Proven ability to conceptualize and create campaign-based content that resonates with technical audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and familiarity with content performance metrics
- Experience with content management and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and audience engagement
