Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development


- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brands marketing and business objectives.

- Create and oversee editorial calendars, content pillars, and messaging frameworks across digital, print, and social channels.

- Lead the creation of high-impact content blogs, thought leadership articles, videos, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and email campaigns.

- Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and messaging while adhering to brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales, PR) to produce relevant and engaging assets for integrated campaigns.

- Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and lead conversion.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.

- Align campaign objectives with brand positioning, customer insights, and key business goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (media, agencies, influencers) to ensure unified campaign execution.

- Drive campaign storytelling across digital platforms including web, email, social media, paid ads, PR, and offline events.

- Measure campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.

Brand Communication & Positioning

- Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with diverse audience segments and strengthen market positioning.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints digital, social, and offline.

- Partner with leadership to refine brand messaging and communication strategy for new launches or rebranding initiatives.

- Ensure integration between content marketing, performance marketing, and public relations efforts.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

- Monitor and evaluate campaign and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.

- Develop actionable insights from engagement data, traffic trends, and conversion metrics.

- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and ROI.


Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and marketing associates.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align marketing content with customer journey and business needs.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for marketing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles.

- Proven track record of conceptualizing and managing cross-channel campaigns that drive measurable results
