Role Summary


We are looking for a creative, data-driven and execution-oriented Content Strategist & Creator who can own content end-to-end from ideation and strategy to production and publishing. This role requires someone who understands the creator economy, can craft high-quality content across formats, and can drive a consistent narrative across all brand and product touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy (50%)


- Develop a monthly content strategy aligned with business priorities, creator needs, and brand positioning.


- Plan content themes, formats, and distribution across:


Instagram


LinkedIn


YouTube Shorts/Reels


Blog & Website


Communities (WhatsApp/Telegram)


- Analyze trends in the creator ecosystem, social media, and competitors to identify high-impact opportunities.


- Build a clear content calendar with defined goals (awareness, engagement, acquisition).


- Partner with product, marketing, and creator success teams for insights and storytelling ideas.


Content Creation (40%)


- Script, write, and produce content:


Reels/short-form videos


Long-form videos (explainer, tutorials, feature stories)


Social posts for LinkedIn & Instagram


Creator success narratives


Website/product copy when needed


- Record and edit videos (basic editing skills required; advanced desirable).


- Ensure all content reflects tone, brand, and creator-first approach.


- Work with designers/agencies if any external support is needed.


Performance & Optimization (10%)


- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions).


- Use insights to continuously refine topics, formats, and distribution.


- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience


- 4-6 years of experience in content creation + content strategy (startup or creator space preferred).


- Strong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and digital content trends.


- Ability to script, shoot, and edit short-form content.


- Strong copywriting skills with a storytelling mindset.


- Comfort working with tight timelines and fast-moving priorities.


- Ability to translate data into actionable content decisions.


Nice-to-Haves


- Experience working with creators or creator-led brands.


- Understanding of Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).


- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma).


Success Metrics (KPIs)


- Growth in social engagement and reach.


- Quality & consistency of published content.


- Increase in inbound creator queries.


- Performance of monthly content campaigns.


- Reduction in dependency on external creators for brand content.
