
Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing impactful classroom and digital content, with proven, strong experience in Sales and Sales Training, specifically within the Health and Well-being sector.
This role is critical for empowering by developing compelling sales pitches, sales stories, and core sales concepts related to our health and health-related products. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end content development, from instructional design to final delivery via e-learning tools, engaging videos/podcasts, and traditional training materials.
1. Instructional Design & Content Creation
- Design & Develop: Co-create comprehensive design documents for sales training and Health & Well-being community building initiatives, leveraging templates provided by community leads.
- Research & Deep Dive: Conduct in-depth analysis and engagement sessions, and other stakeholders to gather insights and develop core content, including facilitator/participant guides, presentations, Electronic Direct Mail, and other relevant formats.
- Global Content Curation: Adapt and localize Sales Training and Community Building content from other global affiliates, developing instructional materials (presentations, trainer guides, participant handouts) for virtual and classroom training programs.
- Adult Learning Expertise: Apply established Adult Learning Theories and best practices to ensure all training content is highly effective, engaging, and maximizes knowledge retention.
- Narrative Development: Create compelling Sales Pitches, Sales Stories, and concepts centered around Health & Well-being narratives to drive product understanding and sales capability.
2. E-Learning & Digital Development
- E-Learning Courseware: Utilize advanced e-learning authoring tools to create highly interactive, engaging, and SCORM-compliant online courses.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement robust assessments and knowledge checks to measure the efficacy and impact of digital learning initiatives.
- Maintenance:Proactively maintain, update, and refresh e-learning content to ensure ongoing relevance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Gamification (Preferred): Develop online games and interactive elements using animations, triggers, and potential light coding (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, or VBA scripting is a plus).
3. Video & Multimedia Content Production
- Production:Plan, script, and manage the end-to-end production of high-quality training videos and podcasts.
- Agency Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal or external multimedia creative agencies to ensure professional, high-standard video and audio output.
- Innovation: Incorporate innovative video and multimedia formats to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Related Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Instructional Design, Content Development, and/or Sales Training.
- Certification:Instructional Design Certification from a recognized or premium learning institution is required.
Skills & Competencies
Instructional Design Mastery: Expert application of Instructional Design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding and practical experience with advanced e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), video development, and virtual engagement platforms.
Creativity and Innovation: Proven ability to introduce creative ideas and experimental formats to maximize content engagement and effectiveness.
Travel:Willingness to travel as needed
