Client is a renowned strategic consulting company, is looking for a high-impact Content Marketing Expert who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on content execution. In this role, you'll drive content development that speaks directly to CXOs, founders, investors, and other senior business stakeholders. You'll craft compelling narratives that position our firm as a thought leader while keeping client-centricity at the heart of everything you create. This role will directly report to the marketing head and support in translating their goals into reality for the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Narrative Development: Collaborate across business units and leadership to shape high-quality, insight-led narratives for reports, campaigns, presentations, digital and social media marketing, and events. - Content Creation: Write, storyboard, and co-create content across formats - articles, reports, infographics, videos, newsletters, LinkedIn and X posts, pitch decks, and more. - Audience-Centric Messaging: Build content with an 'outside-in' perspective - aligning every piece that deeply resonates and adds value to our audience of senior decision-makers. - Visual Storytelling: Work with design teams to ensure content is not only strong in message but also visually impactful. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with consultants, researchers, and leadership teams to extract insights and align messaging. - Content Strategy: Own content calendars and ensure a steady cadence of high- impact thought leadership and engaging content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, ads, website, events, etc.). - New-age Marketing Know-How: For optimising content for search engines (SEO), AI engines/tools (AEO), reporting, etc. What You Bring: - 5-10 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, or content marketing, preferably in B2B, consulting, or strategic services. - Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to distill complex business ideas into compelling content. - A keen visual sensibility and comfort working with designers on layout, storyboards, and digital-first assets. - A strategic thinker who understands content's role in brand building and demand generation. - Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - This is extremely critical! - A client-centric mindset - always thinking from the audience's point of view, first. Preferred Background: - Prior experience in consulting, research-led industries, or B2B tech/startups is a strong plus. - Exposure to managing or working with internal and external teams (agency/gig workers). - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Wordpress, and other CMS platforms is desirable.
