Key Responsibilities:


- Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company goals, brand positioning, and audience needs within the FinTech, InsurTech, and B2B2C agent network sectors.


- Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including blogs, white papers, case studies, product guides, email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts.


- Target Audience Focus: Tailor content to various personas, including fintech professionals, insurance agents, business partners, and end-users, ensuring relevancy and engagement.


- B2B2C Agent Network Focus: Create content aimed at engaging and educating agents within the B2B2C model, providing them with actionable insights, product knowledge, and tools to drive success within the network.


- SEO & Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for organic search and improve visibility.


- Regularly review analytics to refine and adjust content for maximum performance.


- Thought Leadership & Industry Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in FinTech and InsurTech, and incorporate those insights into thought leadership pieces.


- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, sales objectives, and overall brand strategy.


- Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content across all platforms.


- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of content initiatives, using analytics to assess content effectiveness and iterate on future strategies.


- Content Governance & Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and tone, maintaining consistency across all communications.


Qualifications:


- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or marketing, with a strong background in the FinTech, InsurTech, or B2B2C sectors.


- Proven experience in developing content strategies for agent networks is highly desirable.


- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services, insurance, and agent network business models, including the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.


- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.


- SEO Expertise: Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.


- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with content analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and ability to derive insights from data to improve content strategies.


- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.


- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.


- Tech-Savvy: Experience using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.


Preferred Skills:


- Video Content Creation: Experience in creating or working with video content for online platforms.


- B2B Marketing: Understanding of B2B marketing tactics and buyer journey in a SaaS or B2B2C environment.


- Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to help create visually compelling content.


- Experience with Agent Networks: Familiarity with content creation tailored for agent-based business models or franchise networks
