Content Lead - D2C Skincare & Wellness Brand We are looking for an experienced Content Lead, for Skincare & Wellness startup backed by Sequoia based out in South Delhi. 5 days working from office Responsibilities: - Plan, manage and execute social media campaigns, including owned media strategy development, execution and day to day management; - Write clear marketing copy to promote our services/products - Create content for blog and social media posts - Create content for online advertising channels - Coordinate with marketing team for regular updates on marketing deliverables - Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics - Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) - Create/ update website content as needed - Create and manage content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. - Produce high-quality written, graphic and video content for our social media platforms. - Supervise and manage all social media interactions between consumers and the company managing ORM - Collaborate with the category team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns. - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Partner internal teams to develop and own internal communications - Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar partnering influencers to drive brand goals - Partner with creative agencies to deliver content which is on-brand - Being able to drive growth in subscribers, engagement rates and other efficacy metrics for brand.
