Summary:

As a Content Lead, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the content strategy across multiple formats-blogs, videos, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and more. This role focuses on building an engaging, educational, and trust-building content ecosystem while managing creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure content aligns with brand, business, and growth objectives, and consistently resonates with the audience.

Responsibilities

- Content Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute end-to-end content strategy aligned with business and brand goals. Ensure consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all formats.

- Content Creation & Formats: Oversee creation of written content (blogs, articles, newsletters), video content (explainers, product walkthroughs, reels), social media content (infographics, campaigns, interactive posts), audio content (podcasts, interviews), and flagship content (whitepapers, research reports).

- Execution & Performance: Manage internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality content on time. Optimize reach using SEO, social media, paid promotions, and partnerships. Track content performance and refine strategy based on metrics.

- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead a team of writers, designers, and video producers. Collaborate with product, marketing, PR, and external experts. Manage agency relationships and deliverables.

Requirements

- 6-9 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or brand communications, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven ability to build and execute multi-format content strategies.

- Strong project management skills with multi-stakeholder handling.

- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.

- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and digital content best practices.

- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative teams.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory.
