They are seeking a Content & Creative Lead to craft compelling narratives, elevate brand storytelling, and drive creative strategy across channels. The ideal candidate should not only bring creative expertise but also genuinely believe in and embody a mindful lifestyle aligned with the brand's mission.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Lead the content strategy and narrative structure across existing social channels and community initiatives, while also launching new channels as needed.

- Own end-to-end campaign and content calendar across all platforms -website, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, social (3M+ followers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), in-app, and more.

- Create content playbooks and scalable systems that enable fast, high-quality production without losing the brand's unique voice

- Build and lead the creative studio, managing writers, producers, videographers, editors, and channel owners (internal and external)

- Lead animation and other emerging content initiatives to scale, experiment, and drive innovation across internal and external storytelling.

- Track, analyse, and report content performance across channels; surface insights and drive tight feedback loops into the creative process

- Partner closely with design, growth, and product teams to ensure content feels human, distinct, and non-templated.

- Champion AI-driven content innovation and integrate AI thinking into brand storytelling and production workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or creative strategy

- Comfort with wellness, science, and habit formation as content themes

- A strong writing voice (but knows when to step back and let others shine)

- Has led content for corporate and personal brands or built a content engine from scratch
