Content & Community Manager, TikTok Shop

Position Summary:

The Content & Community Manager, TikTok Shop is responsible for planning, creating, and managing brand content while building, nurturing, and growing a thriving creator community across our brands. This role owns the content engine and creator ecosystem that drive sales on our brands' TikTok Shops in the USA. Working closely with internal brand and social teams, the ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and community builder who is hands-on with content, deeply connected to creators, and motivated by commercial growth on social commerce.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end content calendar for our brands' TikTok Shops.

- Create, source, and manage native, shoppable brand content including short-form videos, live shopping assets, and creator briefs.

- Maintain a steady pipeline of fresh content for GMV Max campaigns, affiliate creators, and paid media.

- Ensure all content stays on-brand, on-trend, and aligned to TikTok best practices and platform guidelines.

- Use content and community as the primary levers to grow GMV across our brands' TikTok Shops in the USA.

- Plan and execute promotional calendars, affiliate programs, and live shopping events.

- Monitor content and creator performance, doubling down on what converts and cutting what doesn't.

- Identify trends, formats, and creator opportunities that unlock incremental sales.

- Recruit, onboard, and grow a community of TikTok creators and affiliates for our brands.

- Nurture relationships with creators through regular engagement, briefing, seeding, and feedback.

- Develop creators over time, helping top performers scale their content and sales impact.

- Run creator seeding programs and manage commissions, incentives, and product gifting.

- Track creator performance and continually refresh the roster to keep the community active and high-performing.

- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams to align content and community plans with brand priorities.

- Work with paid media and ecommerce teams to amplify top-performing creator content.

- Support new product launches and promotional initiatives with tailored content and creator activations.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Track content and creator performance and share weekly and monthly reviews.

- Analyze key metrics including Creator GMV, content output, video views, conversion, affiliate contribution, live commerce performance, and creator effectiveness.

- Provide recommendations and action plans based on performance insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field.

- 35+ years of experience in content creation, social media, influencer/creator marketing, or community management.

- Hands-on experience producing short-form video content for TikTok and similar platforms.

- Proven track record building and nurturing creator or affiliate communities, ideally on TikTok Shop.

- Experience using Discord to build and manage creator or fan communities.

- Experience working with creator networks, agencies, or talent partners to source and scale creators.

- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and social commerce best practices.

- Comfortable using performance data to guide content and community decisions.

- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with beauty, CPG, or consumer brands is preferred.

Success Metrics:

- Delivery against both content metrics and GMV KPIs tied to brand and creator content.

- Growth in TikTok Shop GMV driven by content and creators.

- Volume, quality, and consistency of brand and creator content.

- Size, activity, and retention of the creator community.

- Affiliate sales contribution and creator effectiveness.

- Engagement, conversion, and ROAS on published content.
