Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content & Social Media Manager to lead content creation and digital engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing the brand's visual identity, managing campaign shoots, and executing digital strategies to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of campaign shoots for multiple collections, ensuring creative differentiation and brand consistency.
- Develop strong visual storytelling and a cohesive brand identity across digital assets.
- Create and implement platform-specific social media strategies to boost awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Plan influencer and blogger collaborations to amplify key campaigns and increase reach.
- Monitor online sentiment, track engagement, and generate actionable insights using analytics tools.
- Oversee UI/UX transformation projects to enhance the digital consumer journey.
- Leverage tools such as GA360 and Adobe Analytics to map consumer behavior and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and production resources for high-volume content output.
