About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead our international business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving global business expansion, managing international sales and partnerships, developing market entry strategies, and overseeing end-to-end operations for international markets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business in international markets (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, etc.) - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, distributors, and partners in target countries - Drive international sales targets and revenue growth in line with company objectives - Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and documentation requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product customization, pricing, supply chain, and marketing based on regional requirements - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly - Lead negotiations, finalization of agreements, and long-term partnerships with clients and distributors - Develop export documentation, certifications, and handle government regulations and liaison for overseas trade - Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums - Provide leadership and mentorship to the international business team Qualifications & Skills: - Master's degree in International Business / MBA / Equivalent from IIM. - 15+ years of proven experience in international business development. - Strong knowledge of global trade practices, regulatory norms, and documentation. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. - Familiarity with government liaisoning and export promotion bodies is preferred. - Proficiency in handling international tenders and trade documentation.
