
Key Responsibilities:
HR and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all business units.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and compliant workplace.
- Lead performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and international HR best practices.
- Design and administer compensation & benefits programs.
- Implement effective succession planning and talent retention strategies.
- Guide and coach leadership teams on HR and people management practices.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all HR operations.
- Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
- Oversee the procurement, utilization, and disposal of administrative assets.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continual improvement in operational systems and support services.
Facilities & Vendor Management:
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, and logistics operations.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure service quality, cost control, and operational effectiveness.
Estate Management:
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of company properties, offices, and residences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise contractors and manage budgets for property upkeep and capital works.
- Plan and manage all aspects of estate administration, including utility management.
Government Liaison
- Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company on statutory and legal administrative matters.
Crisis & Risk Management
- Develop and execute crisis management and contingency plans.
- Address emergencies and employee welfare issues promptly and effectively.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
